1. Our Partnership Philosophy
At AD Marketing Solutions, our growth is tied directly to the commercial success of our clients. Digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, and AI automation require continuous testing, algorithmic calibration, and creative iterations to unlock peak performance.
Because professional marketing services involve substantial dedicated strategist time, custom software provisioning, and creative engineering from day one, fees for rendered services are generally non-refundable. However, we maintain clear, fair protocols for cancellations, milestone reconciliations, and performance remediation.
2. Monthly Retainer Cancellation Terms
Initial 90-Day Stabilization Sprint
New partnerships begin with an initial 90-day term. This window is necessary to conduct full audits, calibrate conversion pixels, configure tracking attribution, and run meaningful split tests to find winning cost-per-acquisition formulas.
Month-to-Month Flexibility
Following the initial 90-day sprint, retainers convert to a rolling month-to-month agreement. You may terminate or modify your service tier at any time by providing a 30-day written notice to your dedicated Account Director.
Notice Period & Active Work
During the 30-day notice period, our team continues actively managing your campaigns, optimizing bids, delivering scheduled creative assets, and organizing clean account transitions with zero service disruptions.
3. Third-Party Media Spend (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Important Notice Regarding Advertising Spend:
All paid ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads) are paid directly by the client to the advertising networks. AD Marketing Solutions does not collect or broker your media spend. Consequently, media spend billed by external ad networks is subject strictly to those platforms' own refund guidelines and cannot be refunded by AD Marketing Solutions.
4. Custom Development & AI Automation Projects
For fixed-price deliverables such as custom website redesigns, landing page suites, or bespoke AI agent workflows:
Milestone-Based Billing: Projects are divided into transparent milestones (e.g., Wireframing, UI Design, Staging Development, Final Deployment). Payments are linked to specific milestone approvals.
Revision Windows: Each design and development deliverable includes up to two (2) rounds of consolidated client revisions within 10 business days of delivery.
Early Termination: If a project is cancelled prior to completion, the client will only be invoiced for completed, accepted milestone stages, and unspent milestone deposits will be promptly refunded.
5. Performance Guarantees & Remediation
While no legitimate agency can ethically guarantee exact algorithmic indexing timelines or ad platform cost fluctuations, we stand behind our deliverables with our Service Remediation Commitment:
If our team fails to deliver the contracted quantitative work items defined in your Scope of Work (e.g., agreed number of ad creatives, technical audit reports, CRO split test setups), we will provide complimentary remediation hours or credit the equivalent monetary value against your next billing cycle.

In the event of contract completion or termination, you never lose access to your data. Within three (3) business days of your notice expiration:
